Non-refundable deposit for events is $100.00.  The final number of guests for a function must be received 72 hours prior to the event.  This is the minimum number of guests that you will be charged for.  Rose Cottage & Gardens is not responsible or liable for any alcohol that a private party brings and serves on premise.  You are required to bring your own glassware, chill your own alcohol and serve it.  Any party that goes on past 11:00pm will incur a $100 per hour charge.  Any rentals or flowers the Rose Cottage & Gardens purchases for an event must be paid for the week prior to the event.  Linens are not included, we can rent them for you at cost.  There are no room charges at the Rose Cottage & Gardens, there is a minimum to hold a private party of $400.00.
